REDD LIGHT

    Redd Light is Stefan Tannenbaum, whose nickname is "Redd" (hence the pun).  Tannenbaum's previous movie credits include 1997's The Hunchback of Columbia High School, which also starred Gabby Fredman and Colin Brown.  He was producer of A Choice of Weapons, the first project to come out of Redd Light / Green Light Productions.

GREEN LIGHT

    Green Light is Robert Flaxman, whose nickname is not Green.  Flaxman's previous movie credits include 1997's The Student, which starred Flaxman and Josh Posner.  Flaxman directed A Choice of Weapons as well as playing the secondary role.  Flaxman founded Redd Light / Green Light Productions early in 1998, when it was called Red Light / Green Light Productions.   After Tannenbaum joined up, the Red was changed for obvious reasons.

A CHOICE OF WEAPONS

    A Choice of Weapons, based on part of the Gordon Parks autobiography, was released on June 10, 1998.  It was a project for sophomore English class.  The short movie stars Gilbert Dussek as Gordon Parks, with Flaxman as an inmate condemned to die, and Tannenbaum as the minister assigned to quote scripture at the execution.  Chris Fulda plays a young guard, and Andrew Klein (The XYZ Files) plays the prison warden.
